Virtual Private Training with Colleen Conlon

I’m excited to support you on your fitness journey! Private training offers a personalized, structured approach designed to help you build muscle, improve technique, lose fat, and master kettlebell training. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, my goal is to help you train smarter and get results—all from the comfort of your home via Zoom.


Rates & Inclusions

Weekly Private Training Rate: $175 per session

Each session includes:

âś… A 1-hour private training session

✅ Unlimited Video feedback on exercises 

âś… Weekly program updates (for clients training at least once per week)

✅ Priority Client/Coach access M-F during business hours

âś… Custom Program

Drop-In Sessions: $175 per session

For those who prefer flexibility, or might not be able to commit to training 1x per week, drop-in sessions are available. If we train together occasionally, I will provide feedback during our scheduled sessions, but I will not update your program or provide video feedback outside of those weeks. 

If you’re following one of my DIY or group programs, we’ll use that to guide your sessions and make necessary adjustments. I do not provide custom programs to those I do not see weekly.

Program Development & Updates

  • Initial Program Build Out Fee Private Weekly Clients: $150 (typically every 12-16 weeks). After our first training block I will no longer charge you for building a new program every 12-16 weeks.
  • Custom programming is only available to clients who train weekly (minimum 1x per week).
  • If you’re dropping in, you’re welcome to work from the Foundations, Rebel Bells, or Black + Gold program spreadsheets. For Rebel Bells and Black & Gold you can just purchase the program.

Training Frequency & Pricing

Consistent Weekly Training (1x per week minimum)

For those looking to train consistently, I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment, paid upfront. This ensures structure, accountability, and steady progress toward your goals.

Training 3x Per Week: $150 per session

For clients training three times per week, the rate is $150 per session, with program updates and feedback included.

Commitment & Policies

Missed Sessions Policy

To maintain structure and progress:

  • If more than 3 weeks pass without a session, your reserved training slot may no longer be available.
  • Program updates will be paused until we resume regular training.
  • For drop-in clients, program updates are only provided during the weeks we train together.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. I understand that life happens, and I’ll do my best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
