Virtual Private Training

I am so excited to help you on your fitness journey! The beauty of private training is that everything is curated to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're just starting out or have been training for years, I’ve worked with clients at all levels—women and men alike—helping them achieve incredible results from the comfort of their homes via ZOOM.

From beginning your strength training journey at 30 or even 70, to building muscle, losing fat, gaining incredible strength, and becoming a badass with a kettlebell, this option is perfect for you if you’re looking for a personalized, one-on-one approach to fitness.


Rates & Inclusions

  • Standard Rate: $175 per session. This includes:

    • A 1-hour private training session.
    • Unlimited weekly video feedback on the exercises you are working on.
    • Weekly updates to your homework plan.
      • The $175 option ensures that all the variables needed to push you forward are met. These tweaks—whether it's increasing the reps or sets, or decreasing recovery time—help me to better support you in achieving your goals. These adjustments are what lead to greater progress, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
    • Missed Week Policy: If life happens and we can’t meet for a week, your program will still be updated when you pay this rate.
    • Flexibility: If there’s availability, we can always move your session to another day.
  • Reduced Rate Option: $150 per session, excluding weekly program updates and video feedback.

    • You can add these services Ă  la carte at $25 per week.
  • Training 3 Times a Week or More: $150 per session, with feedback and homework updates still included.


For New Clients

  • First Session: Your initial session will be an assessment, charged at $150.
  • Program Development: After the assessment, I will create a personalized program tailored to your goals for an additional $200 which will include tutorial videos for reference.
    • Program Duration: Typically 8–16 weeks, depending on your goals.  
  • Commitment Policy: To ensure progress and consistency, new clients commit to a minimum of 3 months of training, paid upfront.

Drop-In Sessions

  • Single Drop-In Rate: $175 per session. This does not include feedback or homework updates. If you are in one of my DIY or group programs we will use the program you are in to work on whatever you need support with.

Custom Programs

I only provide programs for clients who train with me weekly, as this allows me to ensure you are progressing safely and confidently toward your goals. If you are looking for a program you can get into Foundations beginner friendly, Swing to Snatch beginner/intermediate friendly, or Black + Gold intermediate/advance.


Missed Sessions Policy

  • To keep things consistent, if more than 3 weeks go by without sessions, your reserved training slot may no longer be held. Updates to your program even at the $175 rate will be paused. If you are on the $150 rate and using the a la carte option for program updates, if 3 weeks go by where we do not meet updates will be put on pause. Once we resume regular sessions, we can revisit your program. 

Payment & Policies

  • Upfront Payment: Sessions must be paid for prior to training.
  • Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
  • Continuing After 3 Months: After your initial 3-month commitment, you can transition to month-to-month payments.
